Ultrasonic Welding Method

Ultrasonic is a concept, that covers beyond the frequency of sound that can be heard by human beings. People are capable of hearing the sounds within the frequency range of 20 Hz to 20 kHz. In this case, the word ultrasonic, is a technical term used for frequencies of 20 kHz and above. Ultrasonic signal generators are devices that can generate electrical signals at frequencies above audible sound. These electrical signals generated by ultrasonic generators are then converted into physical vibrations by piezo-ceramics. These electric waves, which are converted into physical vibrations by piezo ceramics, are used in many industrial sectors. Sectors such as cleaning, health, packaging are among the most beneficiaries of this method. The ultrasonic welding method is a method of sealing two separate polypropylene (nonwovens) pieces, which are subjected to press between a Horn and a still pattern vibrated by piezo ceramics. As Ultrapak Makina, we use advanced ultrasonic welding method in our machines. All of our machines, which produce both semi-finished and finished products, have been developed with advanced ultrasonic welding method at every stage. Heat and sewing methods are not used in any form or shape in our machines. Ultrapak Makina aims to be beneficial for nature with every technology it develops.
